The Micadent II is a high-pressurized valve system that easily allows you to accept recommended air pressures ranging from 40 to 160PSI.

The Micadent II can be hooked up to any air supply including your compressor, but it is recommended that you use nitorgen as your propellant. Nitrogen is inert, clean, oil free, non-flammable, dry, hospital approved, readily available, inexpensive and a known dental commodity. Every oral surgeon in the world uses nitrogen to cut at 160PSI. Using the Micadent II at 160PSI will allow you to out-cut all units cutting at 80 to 100PSI without any extra sensitivity for the patient. You will cut out incipients caries in 2,3,4 seconds; do full tunnel procedures in 10 to 12 seconds, etc.... The Micadent II varies powder flow rate and pressure simultaneously and delivers and efficient abrasive stream for all clinical applications. AMAZING BUT TRUE!
